Title says it all

Shuts off in the middle of driving. Hard to set the address of locations. Makes up its own mind.

I really liked this app before this update. Please go back. The only improvement is that I can see the time to my favorites on the home screen.

Absolutely ruined. Wont even search at times. Complete overhaul needed.

What happened!!!!! This used to be awesome before the update. All the faves I had saved before the upgrade are gone. Please go back to the drawing board. Better yet, put it back.

Great app most of the time with occasional weird directions where roads do not exist.

Used to be able to search, find what you wanted, then hit go... cant anymore and made this app a royal piece of garbage to use.

Was a pretty good app before the horrendous update!! Screen colors inverted and now make it actually harder to see! Traffic updates are much too vague now. Used to be route specific before with pinpoint accuracy, now it just shows "general" traffic lumped together in a jumbled mess! Trying to search for a new location is a joke now; youre force-fed "sponsored" places of destination that have NO relative bearing to the actual location you are searching for!!! Why in the heck would you take a pretty good, user friendly app that many people I am sure have used for years and create such a joke, terrible update??? Typical corporate stooges looking for another COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY way to reinvent the wheel. Way to screw up again! HATE, repeat HATE this so called "new" version. Looking for a new navigational app now!

This app is okay. Not good, not great but not bad. Tells you to turn at the last minute, directions are often wrong plus there are a lot of bugs. It would be better if were 3D, with the effects of looking out of your windshield. I would spend the money on a Garmin instead of relying on this app.

Unbelievable that they dont beta test this program w the new I phone update and warn us not to upgrade until the problem is fixed. I mean for $60/yr I think thats a reasonable request. Call Verizon and ask for a credit for the monthly app fee because until they fix this problem, the app is useless. I hope they fix this soon!!!!

I got bamboozled! I downloaded this DOA App in place of the previously perfectly working top gun prior App. Dont download or you may want to shoot yourself also.

This app used to be great. I was never lost. I updated and agreed to new terms and now it wont open. Looking forward to it being fixed.

Ive used this app for years. It seems that the routing and update times have gotten worse each year. I am regularly sent off of freeways only to get right back on them. App crashes more often. When I synch, delete and reinstall the app, I dont get my newer addresses back. Recents regularly fail to work. Losing confidence and will soon change my navigation app if this keeps up.

This used to be a reliable app and though I can still open it, unlike some other reviewers, it takes an incredibly long time to "find route" and start the directions after I enter or select a location. Further, it often takes me to a random alternative address either nearby the selected address (e.g. 104 Main Street instead of 147 Main Street), or even miles away (e.g. 468 Smith Way) from the destination I originally entered.

Latest update causes it to crash.

VZ Nav is a lifesaver for my husband and I who travel a lot. Never lets us down.

Terrible app. Crashes repeatedly while trying to open. Useless. I pay a monthly fee for the premium Verizon Navigation service, but there is NO service. Now using Mapquest - it must be 2002 - for directions since this new version app doesnt work. - Frustrated Verizon Customer

Helps with walking in a new city and warns of big delays on highway. Love this app.
